Kumta: At least four people were injured in a head-on collision that reported between the bike and a car, which happened on Mirzan NH-66 in Kumta.

The injured were reported as Rama Narayan Harikantra (34), Jayashree Rama Harikanta (31), Pritesh Rama Harikanta (05) and Hrithik Rama Harikanta (03). All residents of Holangadde in Kumta. Sources said that the injured were moving on one bike when the incident happened.

During the incident, the car was on the way towards Mangaluru from Gokarna, while the bike was on the way to Mirzan from Kumta.

In this regard, a case has been registered in Kumta police station and further investigations are on.
