Kumta: Following the high tides in the Arabian sea, a boat carrying five fishermen capsized here at Tadadi coast in Kumta taluk on Thursday afternoon. 

No casualties were reported in the incident and all the five fishermen who were on the boat were rescued.

Sources informed that the boat capsized due to high tides in the Arabian sea. The incident was noticed by the fishermen on the other nearby boat, who immediately came to the rescue operation. 

The boat belonged to Kesari Mohan Harikantra of Kimani in Kumta taluk.
