Bhatkal: One more suspected accused involved in the murder of Affan Jabali was arrested from Mangaluru. With this, the number of arrested accused increased to four. 

The arrested is identified as Nazeem, a resident of Mangaluru.

It shall be noted that 25- Year-Old Affan Jabali, a resident of Muglihonda in Bhatkal, was brutally murdered, whose body was found at a private lodge in Bhatkal on 19th October.

Soon after the incident, one person named Iqbal Shaikh, a Bhatkal local, was caught immediately, while the remaining four were absconding. However, with the teams of police carrying investigations, two more suspected accused Siraj and Musharraf were nabbed from Dakshina Kannada couple of days after the incident. 

All the accused were produced in JMFC court in Bhatkal, and have been sent to Judicial custody in Karwar.
