Bhatkal: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee chief Dinesh Gundu Rao has nominated Advocate Santosh Naik as the president of Bhatkal block Congress.

State chief Dinesh Gundu Rao has instructed the newly elected president to develop party in the region by working along with district committee as well as party workers in the local.

It is to be noted that former block Congress president Vittal Naik had resigned from the post after the defeat of Congress candidate in the assembly election, following the post was unoccupied since then.
