Bhatkal: Two person were arrested on the charges of illegally storing and selling of Ganja in Gulmi region of Bhatkal on 22nd July, Saturday.

The accused are identified as Salman Shaikh, a resident of Gulmi and another as Muhammad Shayeer Shabbir, a resident of Magdoom colony in Bhatkal.

Police said, the third accused Affan Ali Jabali of Mugli Honda is absconding and the search for him is being carried. They informed that around 55 grams of Ganja which values nearly 2000 Rupees were seized from the accused.

A case has been registered in Bhatkal town police station and further investigations are on.
