Mangaluru: A woman and her four-year-old child were electrocuted when they switched on a pump set in Kodandoor of Patrame village in Belthangady taluk on Sunday.

The deceased are Geetha (30) and Bhavish, wife and son of Harish Gowda.

Geetha, along with Bhavish, had reportedly switched on the pump set to give water to the cattle when the incident occurred at their shed. Dharmasthala police visited the spot.
