Bantwal: A disgusting incident has been reported in Bantwal taluk, where a nine-year-old school student fell into the pit and died. The incident happened on 22nd July, Saturday, when the boy was returning from school to his home.

The deceased victim has been identified as Muhammad Irfan, a student of the fourth standard.

Irfan was returning from his school with his friends in the noon after finishing his classes when the incident took place.
