Kozhikode: Aster MIMS campus has been selected as the centre for The Edinburgh MRCS OSCE Preparation Course. Managed by The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, this two-day course will combine presentations, discussions, practical sessions, tips and feedbacks from tutors experienced in the MRCS exam.
A major component of the course is the series of simulated MRCS OSCE stations covering clinical and procedural skills, applied surgical science and critical care, anatomy and surgical pathology and communication skills. Clinical OSCE stations will use both real and simulated patients, and examiners will give structured individual feedback to attending candidates.
