Udupi: Deputy Commissioner G Jagadeesha said that the throat swab samples of the patients from the district, who were suspected to be affected by coronavirus, had proved negative for the infection. The samples were sent to a laboratory in Bengaluru for investigation. “People in the district need not panic as there are no reported cases of coronavirus’’, he added.
