Udupi: A police personnel died in a collision between a bike and bus Kajarkotu in Udupi on 18th July. 

The deceased has been identified as Shamnoor Basha Mulla (26), son of Noor Sahab, a resident of Balgi Taluk  in Bagalkot district. He was rendering his services at a police station at Hiriyadka.

It was reported that he was riding a bike on Monday afternoon when a bus coming from the opposite direction collided with his bike. He sustained serious injuries and breathed his last en route to Manipal hospital.
