Mangaluru:  The restoration work of Pernem tunnel at Km 384/6-7 between Madure & Pernem station of Karwar region is completed and train traffic is restored in Konkan route, an official statement issued on Wednesday said.

The statement read, 'The service of Train Lokmanya Tilak (T) - Thiruvananthapuram Central - Lokmanya Tilak (T) Special Express will resume its service from 16/09/2020 onwards.

The service of Train New Delhi - Thiruvananthapuram Central - New Delhi Rajdhani Special will resume its service from 16/09/2020 onwards.(From Thiruvananthapuram on 17.09.2020).'

'The services of Train Ernakulam Jn. – Hazrat Nizamuddin daily superfast special train will run in the normal route via Madgaon – Roha – Panvel – Kalyan Jn from yesterday 2.

The services of Train No.02618 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Ernakulam Jn. a daily superfast special train will run in the normal route via Kalyan Jn. – Panvel – Roha – Madgaon from yesterday .

The service Hazrat Nizamuddin – Ernakulam Jn. Duronto weekly special train scheduled to leave Hazrat Nizamuddin 19th September 2020 onwards will operate in the normal route via Kalyan Jn. – Panvel – Roha – Madgaon – Mangaluru Jn.'

The service of Train No.02283 Ernakulam Jn. – Hazrat Nizamuddin Duronto weekly special scheduled to leave Ernakulam Jn. 22nd September 2020 onwards will operate in the normal route via Mangaluru Jn. –Madgaon – Roha – Panvel – Kalyan Jn, it added.
