Mangaluru: Deputy leader of opposition in the assembly, UT Khader, demanded action against all organisations that disrupt peace and harmony, and those who sow the seeds of communal hatred in the country.

He told the media on Wednesday, that it is the duty of the government to take action against all the organisations that are engaged in inciting violence, and also against those who create unrest and spread communal hate . He urged the government to act impartially.

“Actions are essential for building a good society. The majority of the people want harmony in society,” he said.

Referring to the PFI ban, he said, “I don’t know the effect of the ban politically. If there is evidence, action should be taken without discrimination,” he said.
