Karwar: Scuba Diving Festival will be held at Netrani Island in Murdeshwar on February 29 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The festival has been organised by the district administration and the tourism department. 

District In-charge Minister Shashikala Jolle will inaugurate the fest. Legislative Assembly Speaker Vishveshwar Hegde Kageri, Kannada & Culture Minister C T Ravi, Labour & Sugar Minister Shivaram Hebbar, MP Ananthkumar Hegde and others will be present. Bhatkal MLA Sunil Naik will preside over it.
