Karwar (DHNS): Comedian, music director and singer Sadhu Kokila regaled Karavali Utsav audience, on Sunday night, and made them dance to his musical notes presented with his trademark gestures and attires.

Sandalwood descended on the Mayuravarma stage, on Ravindranath Tagore, beach to regale the people gathered in large numbers to listen to the sings of Sadhu Kokila and see the performances of other actors.

Musical skills

The comedian proved his musical skills with Kannada lyrics and mesmerised the large crowd for hours together. Actor Prem Sung Kannada song of his movie ‘kurak Kukkaralli Kere, Telak Karanji Kere…’

And Hindi songs Chalte Chalte Mera Ye Geet Yad rakhna…’Actress Ragini Diwedi, and Aindita Ray danced to Kannada musical number sending the crowd hysterical.

They also called upon the audience to watch Kannada movies and encourage local talents. They did not forget to hail the beauty of Karwar, its beaches and mature.

Singers Chaitra, Shashank, Usha Kokila and Santosh sang Kannada and Hindi songs. The Sadhu Kokila troupe regaled the audience up to 1:45 pm.

Earlier, Bengaluru Oxygen team presented a dance. Bengaluru Tejaswi Ananth also performed. Singer Primaya Giriyachar sung Bhavageete. Karwar Star Choice team presented group dances.
