• Appointment of Tahsildar in times of Coronavirus is condemnable: ex-MLA Mankal Vaidya:
Ex-MLA of Bhatkal, Mankal Vaidya objected for the state government's move in appointing new Tahsildar for Bhatkal amidst ongoing Coronavirus outbreak and condemned for handing over the charge to him without being sent for quarantine.
In Karnataka, the Coronavirus outbreak is increasing in Bengaluru and Mysuru. Under these circumstances, how far is it right to appoint new Tahsildar for Bhatkal, who is a resident of Bengaluru?
