Karwar: A Central Committee of the Union government will visit Uttara Kannada district from September 26 to 28 to inspect the land and discuss issues related to the implementation of the Hubballi-Ankola Railway project.

The committee will hold a meeting with the stakeholders at the deputy commissioner’s office on September 28.

Organisations and individuals who would be interested in attending the meeting must submit their written opinions about the project before September 21.
