Ramnagar: In a tragic road accident on Monday, a KSRTC bus overturned after colliding with a bike near Kengeri, resulting in the death of two individuals, including a Police Sub-Inspector (PSI), and leaving four others seriously injured.

The deceased have been identified as PSI Nagaraj, who was serving at the Electronic City Traffic Police Station, and a civilian whose identity is yet to be confirmed.

According to police sources, the accident occurred when the bus, traveling from Kanakapura to Bengaluru, lost control near the Kaggliapura police station limits. The bus veered onto a road divider, rammed into a bike carrying Nagaraj and the civilian, and then overturned into a roadside ditch.

Of the injured, one has been admitted to NIMHANS, while the remaining three are receiving treatment at Dayananda Sagar Hospital.
