Byndoor: In yet instance of burglary, theives took looted 750 grams of gold and 10 kg silver ornaments worth Rs 28 lakh from a jewellery shop at Shiroor in Byndoor. 

According to the police, the incident took place between the night of April 1st and morning of Monday, the 3r of April. It was found that the burglars broke into the shop through a ventilator after braking its rod at the rear of the shop.

A case has been registered in Byndoor police station and investigation is on.
