Honnavar: In a road accident that happened on Hadinbal NH-206 in Honnavar taluk on Thursday morning, a speeding car fell off the bridge which resulted in the death of one person.

The deceased is identified as Rahul Paresmal (32).

Sources informed that three other passengers of the car were injured, who were identified as Jithin Mohanlal, Vandhana Jithin and Neha, all residents of Shimoga district. 

Reckless driving is said as the cause for the tragedy.

A case has been registered in this regard.
