Bhatkal: Lions club Murdeshwar along with many other organisations organised a free dental check up camp at the Government higher primary school's hall in Ternamakki near Murdeshwar, in which hundreds of people were benefited. Experienced doctors from Manipal dental university checked the teeth and suggested the proper treatment.

Earlier in an inaugurational function, President of Lions club Murdeshwar Vadiraj Bhatt, suggested people to take an immense care as children's health has been a rising issue. He explained the ways of prevention of out teeth. Doctor Nisha of Manipal,  K Murryswami,  MV Hedge of  RNS hospital, Member of Jain youth club Nagehs Naik amongst others were present on the dice. Dr. Sunil Jatan, Dr. Hari Prasad kini, Sursh Naik, Mohan Naik, A N Shetty, and many more attended the camp. 24 doctors from Manipal examined a total of 166 patients.
