Bhatkal: Free bicycles were distributed to the students of 8th standard in National High school Murdeshwar on Sunday.
Mangala Ishwar Naik, president of Mavalli gram panchayat, who was present as a chief guest told students to take advantage from the government schemes and concentrate towards the studies.  

Khataal Mohammed Ibrahim, president of Muslim education society, who was presiding the function told that government is providing all the necessary facilities to the students, so it was the responsibility of the parents and teachers to utilize those schemes and shape up student's careers. He also insisted to take care about their regularity and keep check at the home works. Earlier the program had begun with the recitation of verses of holy quran by Muhammed Mufeez Moinuddin.
