'Delta Eye Care', a global level eye hospital gets magnificent inauguration in Mangalore

Mangaluru: 'Delta Eye Care hospital', after reaching the great heights of success in Bhatkal, now have come up with it's new unit in Mangalore too which was magnificently inaugrated on 19th March, Sunday. This new unit of  'Delta Eye Care Hospital' is located in the old building of Vasan Eye Care hospital near Bendoorwell, main road in Mangaluru.

Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, Government of Karnataka U.T Khader inaugrated this outstanding unit, while the MLA, Mangalore South J.R Lobo inaugrated the Optical Gallaxy of the hospital, also the well-known personality and Chancellor, NITTE University and Chairman, Tejasvini Hospital Prof (Dr.) M. Shantaram Shetty inaugurated state-of-the art operation theatres and the Corporator of Mangaluru Mahanagara Palike Naveen R. D’ Souza inaugrated the pharmacy of the hospital.

After inauguration, addressing the gathering, Minister UT Khader said that social concern in the medical field should be necessarily shown, patients who reach hospital on a emergency purpose should be shown sympathy and good treatments should be given and if these things gets followed up, then we will be capable in gaining love and trust from the people. He appealed the staffs of Delta eye care hospital that, hundreds of children give birth daily in the city's famous Lady Ghushan hospital, where Delta staffs should think of reaching there and provide free eye check-up​ service for newly born babies. Further he also appealed the responsible personalities of Delta to come up with an objective of having Diploma in optical college, to which govt can provide the necessary support if these objectives are planned to start.

On the occasion director​ of the Delta foundation Abdul Hameed said that Delta Eye Care Hospital has come up with advanced equipment, under one roof, that can provide complete eye care solutions starting from general eye check up to complicated problems for patients.

MLA J.R Lobo, Dr. M Shantaram Shetty and Maladi Ajit Kumar too expressed their views on the occasion. The program was presided over by Dr. Bharat Kumar, president of Delta eye foundation.

KM Sajjad, Shehnavaz Murad, Muhammed Ayaz, Doctors of the hospital Dr. Vasant Pai, Dr. Anupama Karanth, Dr. Prajakta Kulkarni, Dr. Sudendra among many others were present. 

Administrative officers​ of the hospital BA Muhammad Ali welcomed the guests, while Umar U.H delivered the vote of thanks.

Briefing to press people, director of Delta eye care hospital, Abdul Hameed said that 'Delta Eye Care Hospital' will provide the global level treatments in reasonable price. He said, maintaining a team of expert doctors, best laboratory, testing center, separate areas for women and children, modern technology based operation theatre and other best services have always been the base quality controls of Delta. Branded frames, lens, contact lens and other things are made available in Delta opticals. 

Hospital's administrative officer BA Muhammad Ali said that after taking recommendations from MLA JR Lobo and Minister UT Khader, free eye checkup will be provided to poors from 19th March till 19th April and if required, free spects too will be provided to them. 10% discount will also be provided to those patients who comes from thiers recommendation for one month period
