Kumta: Milk powder which was actually allotted for the school students was being sold illegally at the market in Kumta, and was caught red-handed by the locals.

According to sources, Ram Naik, a resident of Bada region in Kumta was given the responsibility of supplying milk powder to school students along with the midmay meals, as per the scheme of government. Some locals always cracked their mind as to why the milk powder was not being given to the students in a sufficient way. This made the locals investigate and found the responsible person Ram Naik.
