Kumta: A dominant Nihal XI Kumta stamped their authority with a crushing 6-wicket win over Manki RSA in the final match of the "Midmac Developers Pvt. Ltd. KCL T-20" leather ball cricket tournament organized by Karavali Sports Club at Kadle ground in Kumta on Monday.

Winning the Toss, Manki RSA opted to bat first gearing up the inning score 138 with fall of 9 wickets in 20 overs, while Nihal XI Kumta managed to bang the target score of 139 runs with fall of 4 wickets in 19.1 overs to register their victory. 

Nasrullah Askeri of Nihal XI scored a blistering 58 runs off 41 deliveries. He was declared Man of the Final for his outstanding contribution. Nasrullah was also crowned with Man of the tournament award for his performances. Manki RSA, who are titled with the runner-up, was also conferred with best discipline team award. 

In the award ceremony Jamaatul Muslimeen Kumta President Muhammad Shafi Shaikh, General Secretary Muhammad Mohsin Quazi, Kumta Muslim Association vice-president Abdul Shukur Shaikh, Al-Ittihad Youth Committee President Iftiqar Shaikh, Nihal Sports Association member Tameem Shaikh, Shahid Shabaz Quazi, and Amjad Shaikh were present on the stage.
