Udupi: Udupi DCIB arrested a man who was roaming around with a revolver near the Bhujang Park on Wednesday.

Police identified the accused as Raghavendra Kanchan, 30, from Bailakere.

A DCIB team, led by PI Ratnakumar, set a trap near Bhujang Park and arrested Kanchan. A pistol with six bullets, valued at Rs 75,000, was seized from his possession. He was handed over to Udupi town police station.
