Mangaluru: A 38-year-old fisherman died after being struck by lightning in mid-sea in Ullal Kodi on Saturday.

The deceased fisherman was identified as Hyder Ali, a resident of Kasaba Bengre. The incident occurred when he was fishing using a traditional boat.
