Kumta: For the very first time in Kumta town, the Al-Ehsan welfare trust of Kumta is going to organise a 'Hijama' camp for women on 18th April, Tuesday.

Hijama, which in English is called as 'Cupping', is a therapy done in order to overcome several diseases like headache, waist pain, joint pains, tension, disorder of blood circulation etc. Hijama is preferred as the most useful therapy, such that even prophet Muhammad (PBUH) too had adopted this.

Speaking to SahilOnline, Muzaffar Shaikh, Gen secretary of Al-Ehsan welfare trust said that, this camp for women will be conducted under the guidance of Kumta's well-known Dr. Afreen Shaikh and we urge every woman to take full advantage of this camp. "Women who are interested in this camp are hereby requested to register their names at Al-Ehsan welfare trust office within 17th April, Monday. The camp will be held at Kumta's Arabi madrasa on 18th April, Tuesday in the morning from 9am onwards", he added.
