Srinagar: Five CRPF jawans and two militants were killed in an exchange of fire after the ultras attacked a paramilitary force contingent in south Kashmir's Pulwama district today, police said.

 

The operation is on as two more militants are believed to be hiding in the vicinity of the scene of encounter, the official said, adding, the injured jawans have been rushed to a hospital.
