Honnavar: The Pre placement training workshop for the students of BCA Government First Grade college, Honnavar  was held on 6th March 2020.

The program was divided into number of sessions in which the First was a vocabulary building exercise, where in the students tested their word skills on the stage. In the next session, it was a self introduction round where all students came out in teams giving their personal introduction in most creative way possible. The next session was a resume building activity where the students were taught on how to create CV and how to create the content with detailed explanations on different part of the CV.

Subsequently the students were trained on the interview skills with real time success stories of selected candidates. It was followed by two sets of  group of discussions with select candidates. 

From the group discussion, last 6 students were had opportunity for interview and all the 6 students were selected and called for technical round in Bangalore.

The students were passionately receptive and were interacting throughout the workshop. 

The session concluded at 4:30 with a valedictory function chaired by the principal. The function in coordination with Prof Dongri Sab was attended by all the staff members of the division. The introduction of the guest and welcome speech was given by Prof Nawaz.

Mr Ghanim Mohtesham, Director Personal Resource Development Ins Pvt Ltd was the key resource Person, Shree Deepak Shet, CDC MEMBER, Dr sumangala B Naik, Principal, Kala Naik Professor BCA, Syed Ilhan Founder Ins Pvt Ltd were present on the dais.
