Honnavar: Body of a fisherman, who had gone missing since 4th febraury, saturday, was traced in the Sharavathi river near Kasarkod Tonka on 6th febraury, Monday.

The deceased fisherman has been identified as Vinayak Hanmanth Ambiga (36) of Nagarbasti village.

In a police complaint, it was said that Vinayak was working in the fishing boat belonging to one Sarparaj Kastom. He had accidentally drowned and went missing after having food in the still boat on February 4.
