Haliyal: The physically challenged people have no reason to lose heart as a man with will power always succeeds in the life despite physical weaknesses, said Uttar Kannada District Minister R V Deshpande. 

Speaking during an event, after handing over three-wheelers to the physically challenged, Deshpande said one has to attach importance to one's health.
