Bhatkal: Bhatkal taluk Election Officer and Tahsildar Sumanth on Wednesday released the draft electoral roll at the Bhatkal taluk. As per the roll, the taluk have 66,891 men voters and 64,851 women voters. Total of 1,31,742 voters.

Henceforth, the addition of names to voters list would be a continuous process wherein applicants could reach out to the electoral registration officers.

Alternatively, those desirous of submitting application for inclusion of names can also visit www.nvsp.in. Mr. Sumanth said that special voter camps for voter roll revision will be held in the Bhatkal taluk on November 12 and 20, and December 3 and 4. The special camps will be in addition to the month-long draft electoral roll revision process which commenced on November 9 and will continue up to December 8 in all polling booths.
