months.

“Information on those coming from other districts and States must be given to the district administration. If information is available at 10:00 am, their swab sample must be collected before 4:00 pm on the same and day and the report of that will be available the next day,” he
said.

‘Use bikes’

bikes.

He said that there are 1,300 police for 16 lakh people in the district. Therefore, they were planning to avail the services of ex-servicemen and home guards to reduce pressure on the department. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) kits are being purchased for police also.

Directions for Muslims:

He said that the Muslim community must refrain from attending congregational prayers in mosques and Iftar meets till the pandemic recedes. ‘Azan’ (Islamic call to prayer) in all mosques must be with lesser volume. Community kitchen cannot be opened and shops near mosques cannot be set up.
