Karwar: A COVID-19 victim from Hubballi, who was tested positive on Monday, has a footwear shop in Yellapur and it is reported that on 23rd March he had kept his shop open.

His travel history was released by Dharwad district administration. He is the brother of the earlier infected victim (P-194) from Hubballi. It is also said that he also has travel history to Yellapur in Uttara Kannada district.

It is also reported that on 23rd March, he had boarded to Yellapur from Hubballi in his car along with the driver. On the same day, he kept his shop opened in Yellapur. In the afternoon, he visited LIC office. The same night, he returned back to Hubballi, and on the next day, he had made attendance at different areas in Hubballi.
