BOGOTA: A fire at a prison in southwestern Colombia has killed at least 49 people and injured a dozen more, prison authorities reported Tuesday.

At least 17 people lost their lives after a four-storey building in Mumbai's Kurla collapsed on Monday night, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) informed on Tuesday.
Earlier, rebel Shiv Sena MLA Mangesh Kudalkar expressed his grief over the loss of lives in the incident and announced that the family of the deceased will be given Rs 5 lakh each while the injured will get one lakh.
