Yellapur: In a bid to avoid a collision with a car coming from opposite direction, a State Road transport bus turned turtle and fell into a road-side gutter near Angod in Yellapur taluk on Sunday. Four people of the 40 passengers travelling in the bus were injured in the mishap.

The bus which was on its way towards Yellapur from Balagar encountered the car near Aggashimane Cross. While attempting to save the car, the bus land in a gutter.

Injured were taken to the hospital.
