Mangaluru: Karnataka BJP President Nalin Kumar Kateel on Tuesday criticized the Opposition Congress over the ruckus it created in the legislative council.

In a tweet he said the Congress members who are now making news because of their notorious behavior had accused BJP in the past for the same, but now we know who the real culprits are.

Speaking to newsmen he said earlier the Congress used to indulge in hooliganism outside the legislative council premises but now it has resorted to practicing it inside the house.
