Bhatkal: Mamata Shankar Naik of Hadin village in Bhatkal taluk secured  23rd rank in PSI written exam in the State. 

She completed her Primary and High school in Belke Government School and PUC at Government college at Byndoor taluk in Udupi District. she did her degree in Dharwad College.
