Bhatkal: Anjuman Girls High School, Basti road, Bhatkal, first girls' high school of Bhatkal and under Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal is in the alacrity of its Golden Jubilee celebration. Found on 1971, the school will officially launch its Golden Jubliee celebration on November 13 with the launch of the logo.

Taliya Muallim, convener of the Golden Jubliee committee said there will be a two-day event. On the first day, there will be an inaugural session in which Mrs Shereen Sulthana, Educationist AMP Tamilnadu will grace the occasion and Dr Rahima, Professor in Dept of Dermatology, Government Medical College, Kozhikode, Kerala, will be the guest of honour. At the program, the history of the School will be presented, felicitation to Former teachers, felicitation to toppers and Batool-e- Anjuman will be awarded.

On the second day i.e Alumni day will be celebrated, in which Dr Nuha Fathima, an Alumni and doctor at Kanachur Institute of Medical sciences, Mangalore, will be the chief guest and Mrs Zeenath Abdul Gani Ruknuddin, Mrs Raisa Shaikh, Miss Shahnaz Jukaku will be guest of honour. At the same event, for Alumni, Quiz Competition, Nawayathi Stand Up Comedy and Bhatkal Cuisine Table decoration and presentation will be held.

At the press meeting Seema Kasimiji, Khurratul Ain Shabandri, Sameena Sada, Sadiqua Kazia, Farhat Kazia, Farhana Bhalli, Najma Batin and others were present.
