Bhatkal: Sneha Pandu Naik, a BE (Civil) student of Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) in Bhatkal, with a score of 9.32 CGPA, bagged third Rank in VTU. She will receive her award at an annual convocation of the Visvesvaraya Technological University on Saturday.

Speaking to SahilOnline, Sneha said, she was having confident of emerging among the 10 toppers in the university, but stood third.  “It is the happiest moment of my life,” she said.

She attributed her success to hard work, support and cooperation from her parents and college faculty. Currently, she is doing M.tech in Structural engineering at M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru.

She had scored 9.5 CGPA in first semester, 9.4 CGPA in second semester, 9.3 CGPA in third, 9.2 CGPA in fourth, 9.33 CGPA in fifth semester, 9.31 CGPA in sixth, 9.28 CGPA in seventh and 9.65 CGPA in eight semester. 

While another student, Miss Nazish Khanam has bagged Gold medal for scoring highest in the subject of Hydrology and Irrigation Engineering of 7th Sem and she too will also be awarded at VTU convocation.

On this occasion, Management of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen, Principal, and staffs congratulated the students.
