Bhatkal: The union of kannada school teachers of IInd & IIItrd language organised a workshop at islamia Anglo high school Bhatkal. Kannada experts Mr. B.M Bhatt of Honnaver and mr. Mahesh bhutt of Bailur addressed the teachers present and explained how to regain student's enthusiasm to study Kannada. “Many students fail in kannada language in Bhatkal, the need is to bring them back on the platform. We should find their weakness and work on it” he said.

The function was presided over by Shabber Ahmed, the headmaster of IAUHS. Mr. Raza Manvi, president of the third language kannada committee, welcomed the gathering. The headmaster of ABHS Mr. Mohidddin khatali, headmaster of and DPHS Mr. B Mudyuval and Mr. Imtiyaz Mulla were also present.
