Bhatkal: The kannada sahitya parishad program was held here on Friday. In the celebration of 5th birthday of tanviya daughter of the executive member of kannada sahitya parishad Venkatesh naik. The president of Uttara kannada sahitya parishad Arvind karki said that the efforts to promote the literature in the people is appreciable in this locality. Regional president Gangadhar naik said that well-being of everyone is the moto of the literature. Shridhar sheth, Santosh achary, Mohan gowda read their poems.
