Graduation day held at Anjuman engineering college Bhatkal

Bhatkal: The popular technical institution of the town, Anjuman institute of technology and management held it's graduation day of the academic year 2016-17. The program was held over the presidency of Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen's president Abdur Raheem Jukaku.

Present as the chief guest, Anand V Shivpur, lecturer of VTU board Belgaum addressed the gathering by saying that the graduation day is a day of the festival for students. The education earned in schools and colleges should be utilized for the development of the nation. The role of engineers in the development plays the most useful scene, he said.

Former president of JamatUl Muslimeen, Mohtesham Abdur Rahman, speaking on the occasion said that the education earned should be utilized in the social life and to also be aware of the social concern.

Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Gen secretary Siddiq Ismail, director of College board Dr. Udaya Prasanna, Prof. MH Phalchandra, Prof. TNP Rajkumar, Prof. Anil Kadle, Prof. Zahid Kharuri, Dr. Fazlurahman and others were present.

The event began with the recitation of versus from Holy Quran by Ali Murtuza Qazia, while Dr. Mushtak Ahmed Bhavikatti welcomed the guests and audience. Dr. Anantmurthi Shastri introduced the guest. The vote of thanks was led by Prof. Shridar Yellurkar.
