Udupi: The hearing of the bail application of Rajeshwari Shetty and her son Navneet, adjourned to February 13 by High Court.

It may be recalled here that Bhaskar Shetty's wife Rajeshwari Shetty and her son Navaneeth had moved the High Court after the District Court had rejected their bail petition on December 28 last year on the ground that the evidences at the outset revealed the involvement of the duo in the murder of Bhaskar Shetty.

The State High Court had even issued interim stay to the appointment of Shantharam Shetty, an advocate of Mangalore as the Special Public Prosecutor in the case few days ago.

It may also be recalled here that after the missing complaint of Bhaskar Shetty by his mother Gulabi Shetty, it was found that Bhaskar had been murdered. During further investigation, the police found pieces of evidence to suggest that Rajeshwari, Navneet, and Niranjan Bhat had executed the murder.
