Bhatkal: The prestigious socio-political organization of Bhatkal, Majlise Islah Wa Tanzeem has announced launch of 'Kaagaz Nahi dikhayenge' (Won't show papers) campaign in Bhatkal and has appealed the people not to present any of the documents to the government officers who may sooner or later come to your doors with regard to CAA, NRC, or NPR.

Speaking to media, General Secretary of Majlise Islah Wa Tanzeem, Abdur Raqeeb MJ Nadvi, asked that if anyone calls himself a government official by asking for a document, especially a ration card, ID card, birth certificate, or anything else, he should be asked to contact the representatives of Tanzeem in this regard. At the same time, the Panchayat members, Municipal councillors as well as the leaders of the respective areas should be informed about the incident immediately.

Mr Abdul Raqeeb said that the Tanzeem has sent a proclamation to all the mosques in Bhatkal and the officials of the Mosque have been asked to make this announcement in their respective Mosques. He also made it clear that Majlise Islah Wa Tanzeem is completely against this Citizenship law, NRC and NPR and will never accept it.
