Bhatkal:  The president of Anjuman Hami e Muslimeen, Mr. Abdur Raheem Jukaku has formally announced that the Anjuman Degree College for Women has been shifted to its new campus on March 18, 2017.

Named as 'Khatija Sayed Ali Campus', the building was constructed and donated to Anjuman by its former president and philatrophist Dr. SM Syed Khaleel ur Rahman. Built on a gigantic budget of 7 crore rupees, the building boasts of a more secure and peaceful environment for women, better facilities and a more durable infrastructure, including a new library and a laboratory. 

The building was already inaugurated by the Karnataka State Ameere Shariat Maulana Muhammad Mufti Ashraf Ali Baqavi on 22nd August, 2015. However, it was officially declared as the new campus for the women's college on March 18, 2017.

The President and members of Anjuman have expressed their thanks to Dr. Syed Khaleelur Rahman for his huge gift to Anjuman. May he be blessed for his generosity and may others also follow him in helping our educational institutions, the statement said.
