ANFA Bhatkal wins youngstar Champion trophy 2021, beat Prince Manki by seven wickets in final

Bhatkal: ANFA Bhatkal put up an all-round performance to beat Prince Manki by seven wickets in a final of Younsgstar Champion Trophy 2021, which orgainsed by Youngstar Welfare Organisation  at Nawayath Colony, here at Taluka Stadium (YMSA Ground), Bhatkal on Wednesday.

Winning the Toss, Prince Manki opted to bat first setting up the inning score 121 runs with fall of all the wickets in 19 overs, while Anfa Bhatkal managed to bang the target score hitting 124 with fall of 3 wickets in 14.5 overs.

Asrar Hyder was declared Man of the match title for his excellent performance in bowling claiming 2 wickets in 4 overs by offering only 13 runs.

Other awards declared at the closing ceremony included player of the tournament which was awarded to Ilyas Motia of team Madeena for scoring 101 runs and claiming 13 wickets including hattrick.

Ilyas Motiya and Ubada Barmawar of Madeena managed to take up green cap and Blue cap respectively.

Winning team was awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of Rs 44,444, while runners-up received a cash prize of 22,222 with the trophy.

In the ceremony Bhatkal Majlis-e-Islah Wa Tanzeem Vice-President Ateequr Rahman Muniri, Bhatkal Muslim Youth Federation president Azizur Rahman Ruknuddin, Qamar Saada, Moulana Abdul Noor Fakardey, Social worker Nazeer Kasimiji, Youngstar president Moulana Kabeer and many others were present.
