Sirsi: Police, recently, arrested two miscreants accused of attempting to steal cash from the ATM of Indian Overseas Bank at Dasankoppa in Sirsi taluk in March.

The accused have been identified as Santosh Bhovivaddar (21) of Badangod and Munnasaab Dawoodsaab (32) of Itaguli  Kalakoppa.

Officer Chandrashekhar Harihar carried out the investigation led by CPI B Girish. SP Vinayak Patil appreciated the staff of Banavasi station who worked for tracing the accused.
