UDUPI: The police have seized two cattle and 14 calves here at Heroor in Brahmawar on Thursday.

According to the sources, the miscreants were transporting the cattle illegally from Petri in Brahmavar. 

It is speculated that the four cattle and 14 male calves were taken to the slaughter house. The cattle were inhumanly tied and as a result, two cattles have died.

It is reported that the miscreants are currently absconding.

A case has been registered in Brahmavar police station and investigations are on.
